Our law firm "Sovet Legal" (former Legal Group "Sovet") was founded in 2018 by Vladislav Ovchinnikov and Artem Garden. In 7 years we evolved from a startup to a national company of 80 experts supporting projects of market leaders in various business niches.

Our goal is to facilitate the sustainable and secure development of our clients' businesses on a daily basis.

The Charity fund U Lui Vsyo Khorosho (Louis Is Doing Well) was founded in 2023 based on the volunteering initiative of "Sovet". We donate 1% of our revenue to the Fund’s projects — reconstruction of animal shelters and educational initiatives. Moreover, our Fund helps other companies to develop and implement projects based on corporate and social responsibility.
